Refund and Returns Policy

In case of receiving dead plant, please contact us, with pictures, immediately within 24 hours of the delivery. The request will be verified by the Peppyflora Support Team and after successful verification if we find the plant is indeed received severely damaged or in a completely dead state, we will initiate refund or send a replacement accordingly.

No refund or replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is severely damaged by the customer intentionally or unintentionally during unboxing. No refund or replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is removed from our pot.

All the expensive rare plants listed on peppyflora.com are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

The Orders delivered and accepted or undelivered and unaccepted by the customer are non-returnable.

In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24 hours. Please understand, plants, without nourishment, can survive for a certain period of time. So it is impossible to get return of products like plants. By the time it reaches us, it will have died.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Customer has to formally mail us from the ordered email with a valid reason of cancellation.

Shipping

In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
