Refund and Returns Policy

We ship plants in their vegetative stage. Free replacement only if dead on arrival. In case of receiving dead plant, please contact us, with pictures and uncut unboxing video, immediately within 24 hours of the delivery. The request will be verified by the Peppyflora Support Team and after successful verification if we find the plant is indeed received severely damaged or in a completely dead state, we will initiate refund or send a replacement accordingly.

No refund or replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is severely damaged by the customer intentionally or unintentionally during unboxing. No refund or replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is removed from our pot.

All the expensive rare plants listed on peppyflora.com under the category Curios are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement. Mandevilla Red and Tibouchina Urvilleana – Begum Bahar are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, resulting in delays, rerouting, or failure to deliver, and the plant dies or is damaged during transit or while held by the courier, no replacement or refund will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of order placement. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address corrections will also be borne by the customer.

Discounted products are not eligible for replacement or refund. Replacement plants are not eligible for further replacement or refund.

Returns Policy

The Orders delivered and accepted or undelivered and unaccepted by the customer are non-returnable.

In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24 hours. Please understand, plants, without nourishment, can survive for a certain period of time. So it is impossible to get return of products like plants. By the time it reaches us, it will have died.

Our courier partners make multiple attempts to deliver orders and if not received by the consignee then they initiate the RTO(Return to Origin). In that case we are not responsible and no refund or reshipment will be initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Customer has to formally mail us from the ordered email with a valid reason of cancellation.

Shipping

In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
