Orders and Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. It takes 1 to 4 days to deliver the plants depending on your pin code.
Account will be created automatically while checkout if you check on the create account checkbox. Social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, GMail etc. can be used to register on Peppyflora.
Once ordered the shipping address cannot be changed so check your address properly before submitting. But if necessary please contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will help you.
The tracking information can be found in the order receipt mail. Registered users can track their orders on Login page.
Once we dispatch the order from our hub, we mark it as ‘Shipped’ and user get the notification.
No. We will not keep your credit card information on file.
GST is charged only on the products which are taxable under Government of India.
Currently we only ship within India.
Your items may or may not be delivered in one package. Multiple products are packaged in different boxes for safety.
