Gardenia jasminoides – cape jasmine
Hardly any other plant smells as intense as gardenia. Its creamy white flowers emanate a bewitching scent. But with its dark foliage it is also a feast for the eyes.
A beautiful specimen with upright branches that are covered with glossy evergreen foliage. A terrific container plant, perfect for entryway plantings or in patio tubs, where the fragrance can be enjoyed. It is very easy to grow and care, and are perfect plant for outdoor garden and sunny balcony.
Gardenia bushes are the apple of the eye and with good reason. With rich, dark green leaves and snowy soft blossoms, the gardenia impresses on its looks alone, but it’s not its looks that make the gardenia such a coveted garden addition. Gardenia jasminoides, commonly known as gardenia, is an evergreen flowering plant of the coffee family Rubiaceae. It originated in Asia and is most commonly found growing wild in Vietnam, Southern China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Myanmar, India and Bangladesh.

Beautiful plant
I was so happy to receive a healthy plant. It's been 3 weeks now and the plant is doing well. I am eagerly waiting for some buds and flowers to appear.
