- We offer free shipping on orders over ₹499. If the order total is below ₹500, we charge ₹79 for shipping.
- The date of delivery mentioned or communicated to you is an estimate. Since our products are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the delivery date may vary.
- Orders are dispatched within 5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to courier company/post office norms.
- Your order may be delivered earlier or after the chosen date of delivery.
- Delivery on Sundays and National Holidays are limited. It may or may not be delivered on Sundays and National Holidays depending on the courier partners used.
- Our courier partners may not call prior to delivering an order. We recommend that you provide complete and exhaustive address information. Make sure that someone will be present to receive the package at the given address.
- Our courier partners make three attempts and if not received then initiate the RTO(Return to Origin). In that case we are not responsible and no refund will be initiated.
- The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched.
- All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
- In case of plants, the actual product delivered may vary in size and foliage compared to what’s shown on the product.
- Since flowering plants are seasonal, actual plant may be delivered without flowers.
- Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your order.
- Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail id as specified during registration. You may also get frequent SMS and email on the status of delivery at the number provided. So provide a valid mobile number during checkout.
