Need to improve packaging

Received the Japanese Miyazaki Mango Plant 'Grafted' on time against order 80630. The following needs to be improved
1. Packing box did not have right and enough holes for plant breathing, also the box is not enough hard for such a costly plant.
2. In the order it is mentioned that plant will be received in small plastic bucket but it is in plastic bag.

The tree is in good condition for now, will update once planted in garden and after a month.
