Schismatoglottis Wallichii 3X4 Product Peppyflora 02 Moz

Schismatoglottis Wallichii, with entirely oblong-ovate leaves in deep green, streaked with two lateral silver bands, is a hard-to-find plant that is the darling of Instagram. It is a Stoloniferous Aroid forming new plants at base. The mature plants’ leaves become much larger, with more pronounced ridges. Schismatoglottis Wallichii is native to Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra and Thailand where they grow on the rain forest floor. A beautiful aroid with long pointed leaves that are streaked with silver.

These plants aren’t hard to look after with the right care, they will thrive in indirect light which makes them ideal if you have no experience of looking after houseplants. It also means they aren’t hard to situate in your home, look for a room with morning sun and position your plant near the window so they receive good indirect light. Keep the soil evenly moist, too much water can lead to root rot. This plant enjoys indirect sun and can tolerate low light conditions but thrives in humid environment.
