Thunbergia coccinea – scarlet clock vine
Scarlet Clock Vine makes a lovely, flowering evergreen vine in warm, tropical areas. This is an evergreen, perennial twining climber. The leaves are narrowly elliptic, toothed, dark green and about 20cm. It needs something sturdy to climb and looks especially nice growing on a pergola or arbor. If set to grow so the flowers hang down, you will have visually stunning pendants of bright flowers.
Thunbergia Coccinea is a gorgeous flowering plant. The bright red flowers of unusual shape are hanging from the vine in clusters, and look stunning. The intensity of the colour seems to depend upon the temperature in which it is blooming. It appears that the orange coloring is more likely in warmer temperatures, and some fading from full sun, while the more intense redish coloring when blooming in cooler conditions.
Thunbergia is a genus of flowering plants in the family Acanthaceae, native to tropical regions of Africa, Madagascar and southern Asia. Thunbergia species are vigorous annual or perennial vines and shrubs growing to 2–8 m tall. The generic name honours the Swedish naturalist Carl Peter Thunberg.

Loved the experience.
The plant arrived in Great condition. I am happy with my buy and also am so looking forward to having the plant adorn the garden space, the soonest. Thanks so much. My small recommendation is, if you could send some small write-up/note for how to take care of the plant in terms of the soil, fertilizer, water needed, placement [direct sun or shade or indoor] and temperature requirement along with the pesticides that need to be added incase of any such oft ocurring challenges with the specific plant

Plant received in good condition
Received the plant in good condition. Packaging was really good. I was very worried about the health of the plant but must say, the team has done good job. The plant has got acclimatised with the climate and weather in my place. I shall transfer it after few months to a bigger pot. Shall add further review after I see flowering, may be after an year or so? Thanks.

Beautifully Packed and Delivered in Good Condition.
The vine is perfectly growing. waiting for almost few weeks to write the review. Full trust in their services. Got it from WB to gujarat. Delivered in 4 days but plants were healthy. They provided tracking which was also good. Doubted the plants might not survive but they did and were in Good conditiion.
