Cordyline Fruticosa Dwarf Red is perfect houseplant which survives in adverse conditions for a plant, these are adaptable to low or artificial light, human livable temperature range and low humidity at ease, most of plants under the genre are care free about the potting medium as these can be grown in water, coco-peat or soil without hassle.
Cordyline, similar to Dracaena, is one of the most effective houseplants in air purification. It helps remove formaldehyde, benzene, trichloroethylene and carbon dioxide. With its brilliant fuchsia and bronze magenta leaves, the Red Sister Ti Plant is a vibrant accent indoors or out. Native to the tropics of Southeast Asia, Northeast Australia, Polynesia and New Guinea, Cordyline Fructosia is actually an evergreen. Visitors to the Hawaiian Islands will probably spot this plant in front of most homes, as it is believed to bring good luck. Hawaiians also use the blade-shaped leaves in spiritual ceremonies, hula skirts and even as surfboard covers.
Cordyline is a genus of about 15 species of woody monocotyledonous flowering plants in family Asparagaceae, subfamily Lomandroideae. The subfamily has previously been treated as a separate family Laxmanniaceae, or Lomandraceae. Other authors have placed the genus in the Agavaceae.

Dos and Don’ts after receiving the plant
- Do not re-pot the plant immediately after receiving. We’ve taken care of that with better pot and rich soil.
- Keep the plant in indirect sunlight for 3 to 7 days.
- Always check the soil moisture and keep the plant hydrated all time. Do not over water it.
