Oncidium sweet sugar
Oncidium Sweet Sugar, a hybrid of Oncidium Aloha Iwanaga and Oncidium varicosum, is a sympodial orchid celebrated for its abundant, long-lasting yellow flowers, often with orange and chestnut highlights. Growing to about 10–36 inches tall with flower spikes, it features small, two-leaved pseudobulbs and narrow leaves up to 14 inches long.
This easy-to-grow orchid thrives in bright, indirect light and moderate temperatures, blooming primarily in fall but capable of multiple blooms annually. It prefers a well-draining substrate like bark or sphagnum moss and regular watering when the medium feels dry an inch below the surface.
