Whether you’re needing a table top plant for your office, or an easy care and simple addition of life for your home, this Silver Ripple Green looks beautiful everywhere. Featuring heart shaped foliage with a striking ripple texture and an easy-care attitude. This plant variety is sure to become a new favourite.
It is a great choice if you are looking for a small houseplant that’s not too demanding. It will even grow under fluorescent light which makes it great for offices and apartment living. Use it standalone to decorate your tabletops or a window sill.
The Peperomia Silver Ripple Green is a wonderful indoor plant often loved on coffee tables, shelves and desktops. This is one of the faster growing Peperomia and is known to flower often. Like all Peperomias it is tolerant of a variety of conditions, though it will do best in bright indirect light. Allow the soil to dry between waterings. Leaves will fall off easily when touched if that plant has been watered too much, so take care to err on the side of drought.
It will be happy in a variety of light conditions, including artificial fluorescent light. But be sure not to place her in direct sunlight, as this will burn the leaves. Water thoroughly and then let the soil dry out slightly in between.
Peperomia caperata, the emerald ripple peperomia, is a species of flowering plant in the family Piperaceae, native to Brazil. It is a mound-forming evergreen perennial growing to 20 cm tall and wide, with corrugated heart-shaped leaves, and narrow spikes of white flowers 5–8 cm long, in summer.
Dos and Don’ts after receiving the plant
- Do not re-pot the plant immediately after receiving. We’ve taken care of that with better pot and rich soil.
- Keep the plant in indirect sunlight for 3 to 7 days.
- Always check the soil moisture and keep the plant hydrated all time. Do not over water it.
