Thaumatophyllum Selloum
Philodendron Selloum

Thaumatophyllum Selloum Peppyflora Product 02 Moz

It is an evergreen plant that can be used well to decorate your home, doesn’t need much care, easy to handle. If you are about to start gardening and you are a beginner in this field then Philodendron Selloum will be perfect for you. It is an excellent air purifier and that’s why it is one of the most popular houseplants.

You should know that these plants are not considered Philodendrons anymore. It’s true! Since 2018, these and a few other similar former-Philodendrons were reclassified into a new genus called Thaumatophyllum, a name which roughly translates to ‘Wonder Leaf’.

This ease to care for plant is one of the most popular houseplants. In tropical regions it can survive outside, however in most places it is used strictly as a houseplant. While blooms on this fast-growing climber may appear at any time during the year most plants in confinement never bloom. The Thaumatophyllum is an evergreen species that thrives in partial shade at moderate temperatures.
